Lost Microsoft Office After Laptop Restore

My laptop crashed and I was advised to restore it. After doing so, I lost Microsoft Office. I bought Office when I purchased the laptop. I was told that was a trial. It was not. It was purchased. I'm thoroughly disgusted with your service and your product.
