I got a lemon - HP DV7 Entertainment laptop

I bought this HP DV7 entertainment laptop as I have always owned HP products, unfortunately this one is a problem child. It has crashed everyday so i went to staples and they did nothing and didn't care, I started then with HP support and I had to flash the bios on this new laptop so I did and it helped a bit but still crashed often as this is eligable for windows 7 free upgrade program and I am thinking that the new operating system might help and after I sent in proof of purchase a copy of the reciept and cover letter they denied me and have not responded to why other then a error i made on the date but i submitted proof and it has been frustrating to say the least. Who should I contact for help does anyone no? Please share...
