Failure To Deliver On Time - Expedited Service - Expedited Service

I am unable to send an email on the UPS site regarding my package because it wants an info notice number only. I am unable to enter my tracking number AND you can only enter 500 characters for a complaint.

Thanks BIG BROWN for RUINING my son's Christmas. My package arrived in Louisville, KY on Dec. 20th. There have been nothing but exceptions on my poor lil' package. This package has been misrouted. It was in Memphis on Dec. 21 and was shipped back to Louisville where it came from (delivery location is Memphis). I have called every day since Dec. 21. I get these incompetent customer service people who try to make me feel stupid by telling me that what I see on the web is actually not true. Yesterday I asked, how can my package be out for delivery in Louisville and it is suppose to be delivered in MEMPHIS?

This package was shipping by EXPEDITED service. Thanks to Big Brown my son won't have his Christmas gift until 2 WHOLE DAYS after Christmas. What do I get from the incompetent Customer Service folks, oh I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do. How about let me do this for you or let me do that for you since it was OUR error and not that of the shipper? DO NOT USE BIG BROWN if you need a package by a certain date. I will not use a website anymore if the only way to ship is via UPS and I need it delivered by a certain date. Heck, by Dec. 27th I could have driven to Louisville, KY from Memphis at least 5 times by the time it is delivered.

Have a merry Christmas Big Brown since you have made sure that my son won't have one. Highly pissed!
