Sent this to them in an email: I feel that it is necessary to express my disappointment with your service. First off is the horrible customer service that I have experienced. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to confirm the transaction for 2 weeks because of the before mentioned silence from your company. The few times that I was able to call, I waited on hold for an extended period of time (despite the time estimate provided on the recording). Second, your business hours are not consistent with a nationwide (forget worldwide) competitor. Working in the unpredictable medical field, I found it very hard to contact your company during business hours. Third, the daily emails reminding me to wait for your call were excessive and bothersome. Fourth, the estimate I was given online was a pleasant $95, but the final offer was $20. The justification was scratches on the cover and wear on the pad. Since there was a plastic cover over the laptop, I find this somewhat hard to believe. A small deduction in price would be appropriate, I understand, but an 80% reduction is outrageous. I firmly believe that your online estimate was dishonest and misrepresented your intentions to provide compensation for my laptop.
