I'm significantly more than pissed-off using the method Beyond the Stand work issues and handle their clients. I requested a steve madden layer on Nov 28, sent them immediately to alter the address and simply to ask them to have a long time to react and from the time i supplied an address, they stated it's been already delivered which i responded after 5 pm (their final period) Properly, I've evidence that I sent them atleast around 30 minutes before 5 pm and the things they dont examine their emails before they keep for that evening? Well i stated what-ever I'll simply wait and find out. They dropped the bundle and not just did they neglect to advise me but I'd to contact many times simply to ask them to state " we shall place in an investigation also it requires 12-15 times" nicely, after 12 days I named again, this Jennifer woman screamed at me since i never got the title of the client support man who did my analysis, she said I had been the fault for not getting my cash back. Hm... I've named others plus they really never shout at me or state its my problem simply because they place in a state once they claim they'll! Which means this jennifer stated I'll get my money-back in 48 hrs, nicely it's come and eliminated and that I have remaining an extremely quite furious concept easily dont get my money-back in 24 hours. I'll be calling the greater business agency and document a criticism my home. Greater business agency worked previously plus they are really reasonable.
