Beyond the Rack
Still waiting for refund... Its been two months!

Never order from this company! They sell knock-offs and their Customer Service is horrible. I placed a order with Beyond the Rack on a Saturday in late Feb the funds were deducted from my account right away. After I read some reviews about the fake Mac makeup I cancelled the order first thing Monday morning when their offices were open. The customer service rep. Was very nice. She sent me a order cancellation email stating my money would be returned in 7 business days. I thought I was in the clear. Five days later I received a notice that my order had shipped. Of course I called Beyond the Rack right away being that this order was cancelled and I was just waiting on my refund. They sent me a return address slip and told me to return it once I got it. I sent it back the same day I received it. Once the package arrived to their warehouse I called requesting my refund to be processed. I was told it would take 1-2 weeks. I have called back many times since then. Today April 4th I was told that the package was lost and I will have to wait another 7 business days until the refund is issued! I have been waiting 39 days for this refund on a order I canceled before they even had a chance to process it. I have read other reviews with people having the same problem.

Long story short... Stay away. It's not worth the headache.
