I purchased a set of Ecco men's sneakers in October. After carrying them for under six months the bottoms of both sneakers started to break. They were serious breaks. I published a contact to Ecco Shoes Customer Support plus they delivered me a mailing carrier to deliver the sneakers for them for examination. After many weeks handed with no reaction, I approached them again. They stated they never received the sneakers. They stated there is no option for me personally. I did so anything they explained to complete. I'm out my leaking, damaged soled sneakers plus they declare simply no obligation.

I'll never buy another set of their sneakers and that I alert other individuals who are thinking about ECCO Shoes the quality of the merchandise as well as their cavalier method of customer support is missing.
