Took my credit card number, waited a week, no shoes

Attempted purchasing shoes 3 differing times, with live customer support, got my creditcardnumber, waited per week, no sneakers. Checked my email. No bill or report of purchase. Tried buying again with money, this time around it confirmed the preauthorization, then it ended 5 days later. Named shoebacca, waited on-hold to get a half-hour, they stated there is no report of my purchase. And my order was like $300. Looked like these were attempting to NOT offer me sneakers, and so I quit and requested them from the diverse website. This is actually the toughest site i actually requested from, the costs were the cheapest however, but when they do not deliver your purchase what great is it?
