I paid for shoes and never got them!

I purchased shoes on March 31. Used to do not obtain them-and after I looked over the following info, it stated they'd been delivered. I named customer support plus they stated there is nothing they might do! I really couldnot spot another purchase for that sneakers simply because they were out-of my size. Plus they stated they'd NOT reship my sneakers to my address (even if I agreed to provide them with another target). The only real choice they offered me was to check on their site every single day for that next couple weeks to determine once they revise their stock after which attempt to reorder the exact same footwear. I can not do this! I needed them for a meeting tomorrow (they ought to have gotten below 3 days ago). Today I've to cover overnight delivery on Zappos.com. I'll NEVER use shoes.com again!
