By far the worst customer service I've ever had

I requested the foamposite (pewter) for 298$, i never got a contact verification therefore after about 5 times i sent them concerning the standing of my purchase that will be the only path UCAN contact them... The responded the next day and stated my sneakers have now been sent in my experience. Two nights later i obtained my sneakers thru advantages... The container was split up plus they delivered me 2 left shoes. I been delivering them emails for 3 times requesting a reimbursement I've not noticed from their website however... Undoubtedly the toughest customer support I Have ever endured!
