I'm attempting to return sneakers to 6pm.com. They might require a return agreement to become shipped back using the sneakers. Their internet claims they delivered the agreement to my mail, but I never received it. I delivered a contact to customer support and obtained a PC reaction that it had been obtained and could be responded in 24 to 72 hours. It's been more than 3 times and that I still have not obtained an answer or even the return authorization. I suppose I'm stuckm using the sneakers thatnot match. I'll need to challenge my charge card statement.
