Horrible return and customer service

I delivered a set of sneakers because of the dimension problem about the following day I received my acquired. I obtained a contact show that return is likely to be credit inside a 10 days interval.

By today, it has been more than 10 "COMPANY" Times following the return package came for their Return Middle, and that I still have not obtained my credit back again to my CC. I've attempted to get hold of Clients Help twice, however they responded by having an automated concept without any further reaction.

Clearly they're not prepared to problem credit back for return.

Or they have to don't have any one employed in their return division, even when there's only one individual, it will have already been completed right now.

Please reconsider buying here to prevent trouble.
