I returned one pair and am still yet to receive my refund 3 months late

I requested 2 sets of sneakers out of this site. I delivered one set and am still however to get my reimbursement a few months later. I've quit many communications on the answering device and also have not obtained a call-back. I also provide emails from their customer support representative confirming they have prepared my return but still haven't obtained a reimbursement to my charge card. Today my emails are not being responded both.

Also the 'custom' sneakers were delivered from China.
