Paid off account but they won't recognize it

My partner created some costs to his Previous Navy card along with a statement was never delivered. My partner didnot advise me of the costs and with no expenses I didnot understand he'd billed and without him viewing the expenses he although I settled it down. A few months later I obtain a backup of my spouse credit history to determine the consideration is in selections. I instantly contact them-and sort out the dirt. These were delivering our expenses towards the incorrect handle but won't remove the late fees etc. Good whatsoever. I negotiate using the selections company and settled them entirely. It had been communicated in my experience that upon cost they'd shut my spouseis Old Navy consideration.

30 days later I begin recieving expenses from Previous Navy stating we owe them-this whole whenever we had settled it down with selections. We settled the sum total charge in April. It's currently mid-October and issues continue to be not solved. Each month whenever we contact to obvious points up we're rerouted from individual to individual with no you can assist us. Occasionally we get somebody who informs us it is all takenc are of simply to obtain a statement the following month. It's fallen my spouse credit rating enourmously plus they are not doing something to assist us. We are in possession of an attorney and therefore are along the way of getting them to judge.
