BPS Pwertools For AOL Powertools for aol is a rip off when it comes to getting help

I had similar problems, I use BPS powertools on my pc for years with aol. I perchased a new computer and asked for help on what software I wanted to use and that I wanted software for my sons pc as well. It took weeks to get a reply and the reply was so nasty and the people were not helpfull at all they were rude and even baligerant even though I wanted to spend more money with the company. I couldn't believe it. I really like the product but the costomer service made it so I never wanted to give them a dime again.

Also received the same responce with the registration numbers that the woman in paru, IN did.

I really hope they can all of there CSR's and start fress because they are loosing so much money on what is a great product or was for years.

I only needed help on which of there productes was going to be the best for my family. It baffles me on why the responce that was give to me was so negative and condesending.
