Navy Federal Credit Union, NFCU Charge Off on vehicle that was paid off

I obtained an auto loan through Navy Federal Credit Union in Havelock, NC when I was stationed at Cherry Point. Several years later I had to file Bankruptcy, but the car was not included in the Bk. The credit union renegotiated the value of the car. Everything seemed fine and great. Later that year, I ended up trading the car in at a dealership which paid off the car.
My auto loan with Navy Federal has been reflecting $0 balance and Charge Off since. I have contacted Navy Federal many times since 2004 and they still have not updated my credit report. I have disputed with the credit agencies and still nothing has been done! I'm frustrated and do not know how to get this fixed. Everytime I call Navy Federal and ask for the BK or Charge Off department I get a voice mail. I leave a message and get no responce.
