They kept adding on charges to a credit card after I paid the balance and late charge. Then they sold the account to Resurgent Capital Services

I opened the account with an $18 purchase for underpants from old navy, my one and only purchase using the card. I paid off the balance and late fee on line $29 dollars, and asked them to close the account! They never closed the account but kept adding on charges that came up to $163. Then they sold the account to Resurgent Capital Services.

I have proof that I paid Old Navy for my one and only purchase plus the late fee.

This negative information is on my credit report and I need to get it off!
