Associate manager isn't doing her jo

I applied to work with Glendale Aeropostale, there's an associate supervisor from the title of Karen. She is reallynot a great associate supervisor. She singles out workers and informs them that they are useless and can't do their work right. She never uses constructive critique, and usually attempts to weaken the assurance of her workers. If she were to make use of good critique then yes, she'd be a supervisor. I actually donot believe she goes within the work-force, she is unprofessional and doesn't understand how to bring himself. I'm sorry for the new employees there, she will eat them living.in case your workers manufacturing falls you will understand its Karen.
