Defamation of Character/Sexual Harassment/Racist

I had ordered a hoodie from Aeropostale online and when I received my order I opened the box and when I looked at the invoice inside I saw where someone had wrote "TX is for steers & queers you need a KY man." Make a note that my package came out of the corporate office which is in Walton, KY. So someone that works at the corporate warehouse wrote that message on my invoice that was inside the box. I was horrified when I read this. Very unprofessional. I am a female from Texas and I think this was completely uncalled for. What kind of person would even write something like that, and to not even think there would be a complaint out of it. Beware of the people working there and handling your things. I would suggest going to the store to buy, not online. I am currently waiting on a callback from a mgr. It seem the 1-877-289-2376 is a call center based out of Florida. They told me they did not have a phone number to corporate, and that they had to take down all my information and I would have to wait for them to contact me. I can't wait for a callback to see what they have to say about this.
