Car loan ripoff! Beware, they do not play by the rules new orleans

I am writing this report because, as many others, I feel that I have been treated unfairly.in many of the reports that I read against Crescent Bank I found situations similar to mine and it is unfortunate that a company that seems to be growing at such a fast rate, would have so many complaints against them already. I did some research and this company was just established in 1991. As others, my loan was sold 3 different times before ending up at Sylvia's desk at Crescent Bank.

This is the most unpleasant "customer service rep" I have ever had in my entire life. I have also talked with her supposed "supervisor" who did not even have accurate account information regarding my loan. They are so unpleasant that I decided to see if I could sign up for online payment so that the money would be taken out of my account automatically. I did not have their web site so I searched for Crescent Bank and ended up here instead!

My vehicle has not been repossesed but I feel that I run the risk of them coming to take my car any minute. As of right now I am not even 30 days late. I receive harrasing phone calls at work from my "customer service rep" stating that if I do not pay my car note via western union by the end of the business day, they will reposses my vehicle. I have had my vehicle for almost 5 years and I have every intention to make my final 4 payments on this vehicle.in the 5 years that I have had this car, I have been late several times. At one point I was up to 90 days late and had never been treated the way this company does business. It is absolutely ridiculous. After reading these reports it has opened my eyes. I understand that I am not being singled out and misled alone. We need to come together and stand against companies like these. This type of treatment should be looked at very closely. I hope that my report helps someone who is in my situation.
