Crescent Bank & LOMAN FORD are RIPOFF scams. New orleans

I purchased a vehicle from loman for back in 1996 which was for a ford contour 96' used and it had 20,000 miles on it at time of purchase.

I also purchased additional warranty coverage which by the way when all kinds of recalls came back after 2years of having this car i found out that the only type of warranty that i had on this car was the dealer warranty and i paid over 1500.00 for this warranty.

2nd of all when i finally paid the car off the bank the sold my loan to for the 3rd time which is crescent bank informed me that when monaco finance had my loan the decided to take out additonal insurance on my vehicle and charged it to my loan.

When i looked over my loan papers it states nowhere in these papers that they have the right to do this and 2nd of all when i contacted motor vehicle to make on record that my vehicle has always been registered with insurance and that the state i live in you must carry liablity insurance in order for this vehicle to be registered.

Crescent bank is holding my title since i refuse to pay this additional amount and they consistantly harrasses me at work and at home.
