Ripoff! Fradulent Credit reporting, Dishonest, Rude, LIARS, need their licenses taken ASAP

I am using this website because I was orginally online looking for the owner's name of Cresent Bank and an email address but this site came up. I read the letters from the victims of Crescent Bank. This bank has treated my husband and I the same way. First when we had a loan with them, first they wasn't getting the payments that were sent weeks before. Having rude comments, like I guess you'd better check your mail carrier because he is not picking up your mail. Then our car was stolen and wrecked total loss.

Our insurance company PAID Crescent Bank the remaining balance. Crescent Bank didn't call again with their harassing phone after the insurance company paid them. But being dirty as they are they had to still harass us in some way.instead of reporting to the Credit Bureau the correct information they reported it as a REPOSSESSION. And of course we didn't know until we went to get another vehicle. So I called and they assured us it would be removed immediately and it was only to show a CHARGE-OFF now. Just to show how this company needs to be sued in which they are.

They sent us a letter, June 3 stating this is incorrect information and its the credit bureau's fault their balance has been paid in full. So as of now it still shows on our credit reports, all three of them. And this was in 1999 and I have tried and tried to get a new car, not happening. Because they will not remove this from our credit. We have contacted the Bureaus and each one said Crescent Bank has not report any update information to them as Dec. 04. Crescent Bank is going to get SUED for everything we can take them for just as they have done us.
