The two inside shop managers needed a shave, new uniforms and in general a 'cleaner appearance'. They refused to rotate my t002 durango because of 'lugs tt tires on my 2002 Dodge Durango because the tire 'lugs' had lost their crome comvers The Manager stated that NY State laws might be abused and they would be libalbe if they, the lugs, could not be removed. A 18 or 19 mm lug socket would have easley removed them. Since the rotation was part of the 'oil change package' and FREE, they used this excuse so not to rotate my tires. I work at agarage myself and told them I woul waver any problem should anything happen. No way they said. NY LAWS on their siide. I wonder if I was having NEW tires put on of they would have continued
The two inside managers were of LITTLE Help. I do not recomment anyone using this company. Working with the customer I'm told, is NUMBER ONE. Using too many reasons NOT TO DO THE JOB and not helping resolving a non life threating situation did not go well. Ps... L did allow them to change my oil.
