Tire Rotation-When Tire itself is bad - Tire Rotation

This is Nagaraja Lingaiah, was loyal customer to jiffy lube since 1 year and having very very bad experience with Jiffy Lube Store #1789 located in 480 Main Street East Hartford, CT 06118. I went to this store on 09-18 for regular oil change and they asked me whether tires can be rotated? I said yes. They did oil change and tire rotation and charged me 79.48$ in total. (Less 10 $ coupon and final total was 69.48$). Later I observed lot of noise from tires and found that one of the tire was really very bad at one place.

My only question, why jiffy lube person did not inform me while rotating the tires that this tire has gone bad and need to be replaced.

After that Jiffy lube did put the tires back in original position just to check whether any improvement in noise. But still the noise was coming from tires. Finally I went to another tire service station and ended up replacing the tires within 10 days of tire rotation.

So, I did not get any value from my tire rotation at all... I went to the store and explained the situation and asked for tire rotation expenses refund, but the store owner treated very badly and his point is you had asked us to do tire rotation and we did it. My point, what is the value customer will be getting by rotating bad tires?

Store owner was very rough in talking and he said, whatever you do, I will not refund and then I came here and wrote the whole story.

Please review this whole scenario, and let me know who is right and who is wrong?

But I do not want to visit Jiffy Lube again because of this bad experience. I am still feeling that Jiffy Lube should provide the refund for tire rotation, since it was not of any use for me.
