Does not Rotate Tires

I bought two tires from Tire Kingdom awhile back. When I bought the tires, they told me I would get free rotation every 6,000 miles. I needed an oil change and the tires were due for rotation. Before they took my car into the shop, I inspected my tires. The front and back tires were put on at different times.

The amount of wear of the front and rear tires was very noticeably different and they were different brands. I also noted a pattern of excessive wear on the front tires. When I went to pick up the car, I checked whether the tires had been rotated. The tires had not been rotated.

I asked specifically whether the tires had been rotated. The service writer claimed several times that he has stood there and watched the tires being rotated (Clue: he has nothing better to do than stand in the shop and watch work being done?). I finally told him to rotate them again because the tires I wanted on the front were on the back.

My suggestion to anyone who goes to Tire Kingdom for tire rotation is to mark them on the inside with a number and then check before you pay them.
