Ripoff

Back in May I purchased a pickup truck from Action Auto of Odessa Texas. After only 1 month and 300.00 worth of repaires the vehical completey broke down. I contacted the owner of the dealership, Mr. Mike Goldsmith. I was told he would let me pick out another pickup, he wrote a new cotract adding another 800.00 that according to the contract I could pay out at an extra 100.00 a month. Everything was going ok until the beging of August Mr. Goldsmith passed away. My deepest regrets to the family, but the dealership was handed over to Mr. Goldsmiths wife. She notified me stating the remaining $600.00 will be payed off now.

I ask her to review my contract she stated "I do not care what the contract say's Mr. Goldsmith was no longer the owner". I was given the choice pay off the $600.00 or return the truck if I did not comply they Action Auto would file theft charges. Of course I returned the truck. If you are thinking of doing business with this place you may want to take along your lawyer. This place in all do accounts SUCKS...
