Well in February my husband and I went to Courtesy Auto sales and got a pickup. It's a 1995 GMC sierra and a dodge stratus. We put $1100.00 down on that pickup and another $1100.00 on the stratus, including the TTL in that amount. We noticed that the truck made a knocking sound off and on but it didnt sound too horrible. We asked the owner if something was wrong with the truck and he said it has just been sitting there awhile but said the mechanic okayed it. Well it took a couple months and my stratus started overheating on my way out of town. Finally it gave out 30 miles from home and when my husbands step dad looked at it he said the motor gave out. I was hot. I called courtesy and told them they needed to come pick up the car bcuz I would have tom pay more for a new motor than what I would have to pay for the car. They came and picked up the Stratus a week later. Then in September or October the pickup gave way as well. We heard a pop and it died. Again my hubbys step dad said that motor died too. We were so angry bcuz we replaced the starter on that pickup and some sort of wires and a chip in it. I called Courtesy and told them they needed to come pick up the Sierra bcuz the same thing happened to it. Do note that here it is feb. 28 and i have told them a few times in between to get this stupid truck and no one has shown up when we were told they would get it. I am so frustrated and i have had a few people offer to buy the truck from us and use it as parts and now i am considering doing so. I have even thought about charging courtesy auto for storing this truck. Please someone help me i dont know what to do.
