In Sept. I purchased a vehicle with USA Auto. After signing all papers I was told that I would receive my payment book in the mail from the funding company. October came & went & nothing from the funding company. Mid Nov. I received a call from USA Auto that I needed to redo my contract cause the funding co. Requires more money down.

I did go back to USA Auto & I did give them another $200, this makes it a total of $1900 that was given to USA Auto for the down payment. I was told at that time that Red Mountain Funding wound be the ones financing my vehicle & I will be hearing from them soon & receiving my payment book from them. Nov. Went by & never heard from Red Mt Funding.

I contacted USA Auto to inquire on it cause my first payment was coming up in Dec 18, I was told by USA Auto not to worry about it, if i dont receive my payment book from Red Mt Funding to just make the payment to them (USA Auto). Approximately mid month in Dec I received a call from the lending co. To verify the info on my application, mind you that i had verified & corrected this information about 8 times prior to that w / USA Auto.

Regardless i did verify with them. On Dec 16 I received a message from Al from Red Mt Funding that hes got my contract & for me to return his call. On Dec. 17th however before i could return Al's call though my truck was repo. I was told that it was for no insurance which I know its the law that I have to keep insurance on it but Red Mt Funding did not give me a chance to call back w / the insurance information before they towed my truck.

Wait... The best part is i was advised by the guy that towed my truck that i will most likely not see my truck again, & that Red Mt Funding is the only co. That repos for non insurance cause what they do it RECYCLE vehicles, which means that they work hand in hand w / the car dealership (USA Auto) & they repo & than the vehicle gets returned back to the dealership for it to be sold again.

I was also advised that Al who is the manager at Red Mt Funding had been sitting across the street from my house that day watching for the truck until later on that night when he called for the tow truck (PSYCHO) Anyways, the next day I did contact some insurance co. To get my truck insured, i than contacted Red Mt Funding but to my 2nd surprise i was told by Al that if i wanted my truck back than i needed to pay for the whole amount of my loan which is over 7 grand otherwise my truck would be sold to the highest bidder!

WOW... I called USA Auto to see if they could assist me in getting my truck back. I was told that the owner was not in that day but he would be in the next day & to not worry cause I would get my truck back. Well the next day I called USA Auto & was told by the owner that he would see what he could do well hours went by & finally called them back again & heres where my 3rd surprise came...

The owner of USA Auto basicly telling me in a very nice way that they could not or will not help me & its my fault & I'm S.O.L. Wow... Well as of today I have no truck & I really dont think i will be getting it back. I did inform USA Auto & Red Mt Funding that i believed that i was scammed & I will be contacting the BBB & the Attorney Gen. & Chanel 3 & 12 & I'm sure they already have a file w / them & they basicly said so what cause i would not be the 1st. Another WOW!!!

What gets me is that I have not even made my 1st payment yet before my truck got repoed, this whole thing just seemed well planned between the dealership & the towing co. The owner of both businesses are very good friends (go figuere huh). I hope this never happens to anyone else. A word of advise, PLEASE DO NOT do business with USA Auto or Red Mt Funding!!!
