This is the first time that i have had to sign a waver authorizing any auto repairs. Upon questioning the waver any asking if i could receive a copy of the waver i was told no. I told the lady at the front that this is for my records, that if they changed anything on the waver after signing it then i would have no proof of it. She told me that i would receive a copy after the work was complete. I told her that i would contact the bbb and advise them what the company was doing. She told me after a few minutes of arguing that i could take a picture. Guys, do not let your girls buy a coupon book for 60$ in exchange for (700$) in repairs. This company looks and acts very shady. Will update after oil change.
