Excellent job! Flowers described as beautiful and delivered on time

They were delivered quickly and looked great. Toward the end of the first week of having the flowers, an overly-critical person in our extended family called the shop and asked them to fix the bouquet. Even though the shop would have been fully justified in saying the flowers were still in great shape, they kindly and quickly picked up the flowers and delivered a new bouquet. When our relative called again to complain about the bouquet, they were still kind and polite and made us a new bouquet again even though the second bouquet was even nicer than the first! They really went the extra mile! I would highly recommend them to anyone I encounter!
