Teleflora Flowers
Buyer Beware

I ordereds flowers to be delivered to my wife. I placed the order on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday. I picked a very specific bouquet, The Faith Hill Collection "Pink Fire" Premium Bouquet. They delivered an entirely different bouquet. The only thing they got correct was the vase and the day of delivery. When I called to complain they stated the florist they had used was unable to make that bouquet but they were having it made by another florist and it would be delivered on Thursday. The florist they originally used then came to our home and asked my wife to please return the bouquet since "they weren't going to get paid for it so they wanted it back because the vase was expensive". Unfortunately, not know what to do, she gave them the flowers. No replacement bouquet was EVER delivered. I would NEVER use Teleflora Flowers, particularly if it is a special occasion and you have specific flowers you want delivered. I know I will never use them again nor will any of my family which ranges from Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Oregon and Washington.
