Wonderful service

My sister sent us flowers from Bloomex, when they arrived 2 roses in the bouquet were broken off. I called the customer service for Bloomex to advise them of my discontent with teh damaged roses. The customer service agent was very sympathetic and apologized. She immediately said she would issue a re-send of the bouquet.By that afternoon, the new bouquet arrived! I was very surprised at how fast and efficent Bloomex was at fixing my problem. I though perhaps they would just credit my sister for the two damaged roses, but no they sent me at new bouquet! What a great service experience! The new bouquet was very beautiful and I must graciously thank Bloomex for the excellent service!
