Hideous customer service

I contacted the Hoffman Estates, IL location spoke to representative who was completely ignorant! I found 2 tires on NTB 's website that I needed and when I asked if they had them in stock, he told me that no one in the whole state carried these tires. He then told me I needed to put a $100 down payment and wait 10 bussiness days to get them. The idiot was so wrong found them at 5 other tires stores! Don't go to NTB they take twice as long as other places and will rip you off...
