Mike cephus is the definition for a dishonest coward

I originally went to Midas for an oil change because my usual mechanic was on vacation from the dealership. I have always taken good care of my car when it comes to maintenance and even though I was only there for an oil change, mike did not explain anything about the total car care Midas offers or that they were taking my car for a road test when I only asked for an oil change.instead of doing what I asked Midas to do to my care they had my tires of my care pointing out I need some repairs.

I have some care experience and did think what they had pointed out was that serious. A few days later my care would not stop properly I returned to Midas and decided to get new breaks even though mike tried to get me to redo my whole front end but I declined. This visit took almost 3 hours to complete. I have an 08 SS Impala and for a third time I found myself displeased with Midas when my check engine light came on. When I contacted mike he became defensive and said he has no way of knowing the problem over the so so I told him I'm on my way.

When I arrived I did not see, instead he sent a worker whom I have seen before but we had never spoken before, that's usually mike job. He asked if he could help. I said no, where is mike. He said mike was busy so I said I would wait wait for mike. Finally mike comes out and instead of trying to solve the problem he began to talk to like I'm a fool saying dirt was to blame. He then ran off to finish with another couple he was ripping off, I said I would wait outside. He and his crew then closed all garage doors a turned off business sign but no one left for the day.

After I did not leave they reopened the doors because they was expeing other customers to pick up their vehicles. One customer was unhappy with the work Midas performed on his Lincolns master cylinder. To make a very long story short, I don't totally blame Midas as a company but I definitely give mikes customers service a big zero. He is the true definition of an dishonest coward. Even tho I never threatened mike or his staff, the still tried to hide and avoid me. Why would a legit business act this way if the believe in quality customer service as well as the work the perform?
