Horrible customer experience

About 6 months before I got my 1997 Honda Civic EX into Midas since the “Check Motor Light” was on and my vehicle have been having an issue buying up after preventing and engaging in the right equipment.

Midas explained the indication indicator required changed and also the transmission fluid required flushed. I requested Midas to help make the required repairs and settled nearly $500.00. It appeared to be operating ok, but later that week exactly the same issue began to happen and quickly the check-engine light came on-again. I got the vehicle back to Midas to obtain it examined again. After two times and my recurring calling, I had been informed they couldn't discover the issue and anything using the indication indicator was good. They ultimately believed to go towards the Ford supplier as Midas’s devices couldn't find the problem.

I visited Roush Honda and was informed the “Transmission sensor” was poor, that was the component that Midas had explained they'd changed and was working ok. I named Bob Bazell, the supervisor at Midas, and he explained, quite impolitely, that Ford hadn't done enough assessment. He questioned me to return in and he'll display the Ohms score about the transmission indicator. I’m not really a technician, therefore viewing the Ohms score means nothing in my experience. So far as I had been worried, I paid $500 to Midas to possess my vehicle mounted, plus they didn't repair the problem, and so I need to spend Ford to obtain it fixed again. I expected them to cover my fix work on Ford or pay me for that function they did and he really rudely stated they CAn't. I inquired if there is other people who I really could contact, to which he explained he was it.

Midas neither set my vehicle, or repaid the cash I invested to obtain it precisely mounted at Ford. I really had a customer knowledge and certainly will never visit Midas again or may suggest Midas to a different individual.
