Ntb - what a waste of time - ntb tire service

Called Monday 6/18 to order 2 tires for a truck I had bought used a few weeks ago. I wanted the same brand that was on it as the other two tires were in really good shape. Unfortunately NTB or one of its other two sister companies are the only ones that sell that tire. I was told when I ordered the two tires it would be 2 to 3 days till they arrived from the warehouse in Florida and that NTB would call me. On Friday 6/22 after no call I called to see if these tires were in I was told no that most likely it would be Monday. I waited till Monday 6/25 by 2:00pm still no call saying tires were in. I ended up going to Sears and getting two Hankooks that I would have rather had any way. Wish I could have afforded for all 4 and got rid of all the cheap junk Tires that NTB sells. NTB lost this sale of two tires and all future sales from me. I will pay twice as much and travel 4 times further to do business some where else. Thanks for for nothing NTB.
