Great Concept Poor Execution

I love the idea of LivingSocial and have found that they have great deal for many things but when it comes to things such as their adventures, they are terrible in 1) updating their website once an adventure has been sold out 2) Communicating back to address issues 3) Every Rep has a differect version of what is happening 4) They cancel or oversell with very little lead way, but when it comes to their policy regarding cancellation, they are very firm with what they can or will not do. 5) they messed up on my first reservation, insisted that I paid full price for rebooking and offered a $5 credit... Really? Who is going to pay for the car rental and hotel booking that I paid for this adventure?
