Goodyear Tires Bumped, Then Blew Out on Expressway

I bought 4 Goodyear tires 05-14 ($993.68) a few months later a notice that all my new tires shows several bumps I went to the store and the told that is normal and is due to the tire junction. A few months later I went again and I got the same answer, no problem sir your tires are normal.

Last Sunday October 17 when i was driving in the palmetto express way my rear left tire blow off (thanks to gol me and my wife are ok)

On Monday October 18 I went to the Sears store and now the replace the 4 tires but I need to pay $765.98.

Is not a joke because now the tires price went up from $176.99 to $227.04 and I drove more miles.
