Ob bell dundalk would not recomend - GMC SIERRA

I bought a 2008 gmc sierra pick up in when i purched the truck I only recieved 1 key I asked the salesman for a second key and also sence the truck was supposed to have a keyless entry were that was, (remark was I will look in to it) after awhile of calling I gave up and baught a key $70.00. Just recently I had a flat tire and when I went for the jack (which was in the truck, I looked everywere for the tools needed to lower the spare from under the truck bed and work the jack and they were nowhere to be found. I contacted bob bell chev. Dundalk after a month they say they are still lookingand I can't seem to find one anywere.
