In July we purchased a Dodge Ram Truck. We were told and was listed that the truck had 2 keyless key openers and that it had a lay in bed liner.

We received pictures to reflect the bed liner. We paid to have it shipped to us and when we received it did not have the bed liner nor the keyless openers.

We have called and talked to both Norman Bell the father and also Ryan Bell the son about this at least 5 times and they continued to say "We will check into it." After never hearing back from them we called several more times and now the response is "We never said it came with these things." It is now February and still they refuse to do anything.
