Paid $21,000 for a F150 truck, without a jack or release was promised one and afte

I received a letter from Green Ford today and had to laugh when I was asked to bring my truck in for a 63,000 mile service. When I paid $21,000 for a used
F150 truck in November of it was missing a tire jack and a tire release which I was assured the sales department would find me one and all I had to do
was come back in a week and pick it up. Well, after 5 trips up there over a 3 month period the sales manager there through me out and said Green Ford would
not honor their agreement for a stupid jack and release. $21,000 dollars and I can't even change a flat tire if I have one. Like I told your sales manager, I
will never do business with Green Ford again. So please don't send me anymore mail wanting my business.
