Slimeballs wasted 590$ of my money

Shannon towing towed my girlfriends truck supposedly because the transit authority requested them to do so as it was in a non-legal parking spot. Shannon Towing could not provide proof of the request by the authority, which must be a written request from them.

Shannon Towing then would not release the truck to my girlfriend because she was not the Legal owner on the title, rather just the listed registered owner. Her father was the Legal owner on the title, same last name as his daughter mind you. My girlfriends father lives in California, we live in Washington state. Shannon towing told us he needs to come up here in person so they can release the truck to him directly. They insisted a faxed, even notarized letter would not suffice.

A week went by of arguing with the mullet infested slimeballs until they finally changed their story after we threatened an attorney. All of sudden, a faxed note would be fine, it doesn't have to be notarized either, they decided. You'd think that they would just charge for the time until we originally called them to get the truck, right? Nope, they wouldn't let us take it without paying for all of the days it was in their dump. They couldn't explain any logic behind their decision to make us pay for the time they kept it in their error. Mullet wearing cigarette breath losers is the nicest thing I can say about them.
