Company Totaled Fence and Water Softene

I had a storage container delivered to my home. I told the driver it would have to be aligned before backing up or we would leave it out front. He assured me that he would have no problem with putting it in the back yard. He then proceeded to unload it taking out a whole section of my block fence and my water sofener. When I contacted them for reimbursement they assured me that with the receipts I would be payed. I provided them with the paperwork. That was 11/2 years ago and I am still waiting. I have called them numerous times. I have had my lawyer write them a letter.
