Busted Sewer Line, Falling Down Fence, No refund, No repair, Lies... And more Lies

Do NOT use this company. They made our fence in the rain so now none of the footings that were poured in the rain are left and all but one or two of the posts sway back and forth in the ground. They broke some sort of water line in our yard which does not belong to us... We don't know what it is... But it obviously has water flowing through it because now we have a huge hole underneath our fence and absolutely no footing under the closest post. We have a 'brand new' fence and can't even let our dog out to go potty. All of this was rather upsetting but the worst part is that when we called Adam to fix the fence, he would schedule a time to meet us and then never show up. This happened twice. He wouldn't even answer his phone until we threatened to take him to court and then he gave us some story that the guy who was supposed to come has been fired. We scheduled another time and I had to take time off work to meet them. Still a no show. We are taking this guy to court. Tell everyone you know not to use City-Fence or Adam Cronenwett. One more thing... The "after hours repair" phone number that Adam leaves on his voice mail message is actually a fax number! They have no intention of fixing anything they do for you! Spend the extra money and get a good fence somewhere else!!!

After I published a yahoo review Adam called to 'buy back' his fence. He scheduled a time to come this past Saturday. At the time he was supposed to be here he called me and said he couldn't do it that day. (You'd think he would have known that a day or at least a couple hours before his show time...) Asked if we wanted a deposit to show they were serious. I agreed but no deposit ever showed up. I am here sitting - HOME FROM WORK AGAIN - and they are supposed to come in an hour or so. We will see! This guy's word is not worth much. This is his last chance. After today we will begin legal measures.
