Didn't ship product, won't pick up Phone or return calls

Vendor HID4u (Xentec) are THIEVES... And provide LOW QUALITY (HID Xenon low-beam lamps, 1997 BMW 540i). SUGGEST that you don't BUY THEIR ITEM. Additionally, eBay ESTABLISHED they don't Supply Assistance to Customers in Fraud Statements of the category... BIG ERROR purchasing via eBay

I presented Vendor HID4u (Xentec) a "NATURAL" eBay evaluation & delivered POOR PEOPLE QUALITY BMW Xenon head lamps. So HID4u (Xentec) began contacting me repeatedly at my house requesting me to alter evaluation to "GOOD"! I said NO. They stated they will provide me FREE Xenon Lamps but I still claimed no. Subsequently, they stated they'd give me A FREE OF CHARGE Electric Element that stops these low quality lamps from evoking the "CHECK HEADLIGHTS" ERROR CONCEPT from arising. I still claimed NO I wont change the evaluation. Then they stated easily modify to "GOOD" they stated they will send me the correct plugs and so I may plug-in the Headlights to create them function and so I do not have to slice the wires. I stated... O.K... I WILL alter eBay evaluation to "GOOD". They believed to alter to "GOOD" BEFORE they deliver me the lamps & components. I improved the evaluation to "GOOD" and was awaiting lamps, etc. Nothing. The corporation is in Monterey Park but. And that I have not noticed in the since - They've vanished!!! They will not return calls 15-20 calls to date after 14 days), they don'tis return emails. Additionally, I came across that they're not spending company fees in Monterey Park, CA also.
