Dealtime321 and other seller IDs on Ebay with the address Walnut, CA Bought HID-kit never worked returned got no replacement kit

Bought a HID lamp kit for my car. Never worked, contacted seller which told me to return the kit for a resplacement. Told me to include tracking #. Se sellers communication to me.

"Hi^ please send back to us to xENTEC P.O. BOX 466 WALNUT CA 91788 and please make an detail note inside the package include the following information Return name and address: Paypal Transaction id number & Ebay ID: Reason for the return package so we can take care it for you ASAP once we receive the Package P.S.: Please let me know once you ship back the package and provide me the tracking number, thank you!"

After that I have not heard back from this seller even though I have contacted them 4 times. No contact back what so ever. They only provide email, no phone number, So you can probably figure out why they don't provide a phone number. Most honest seller have that and give you multiple ways to contact them since they have nothing to hide.

I want to warn everybody to buy any HiD kit from Xentec in Walnut CA, 91788. They seem to operate under different Seller IDs on Ebay like Dealtime321 and others. So watch out!

If you buy a product on Ebay you think they would have responsible sellers, don't take that for granted. Ebay will only help you during the grace period were the they can force the seller to reimburse you. Of course this seller delayed it beyond this point. Contacted Ebay and they told me my only option would be small claims court. So I do think Ebay could also improve on this issue to weed out dishonest sellers. Other than that I have only had great buying experiences on Ebay.
