Dragonfly Lamps
Took $1,000 of my money, delivered 4 lamps that were advertised as glass but are actually plastic, and never delivered the other 6 lamps I ordered

Construction & Repair

I ordered 10 lamps online from Dragonfly Lamps (http://dragonflylamps.com) at what were represented as bargain prices.in the photos the lamps looked attractive; they were advertised as replicas/reproductions of authentic Tiffany lamps and as having stained glass shades.

They immediately charged my credit card for around $1,000. Weeks went by. Four lamps arrived; they have plastic shades and look like garbage. The other 6 lamps have not arrived. Repeated calls to the phone number listed on the website are not answered; recently the number has been disconnected. I have had a few one-line email responses from the company promising that the other lamps are on the way but not responding to my repeated requests for a full refund on my credit card.

This company is operating a fraud operation.

If anyone is interested in organizing a class-action lawsuit or criminal charges, I will happily participate.
