The customer service seems pretty pathetic

I journeyed again from Philadelphia to Bangalore via Frankfurt on 28th august. Section of my luggage examined in at Philadelphia and extra luggage charge taken care of, wasn't shipped at Bangalore. A complaint was handed at Bangalore airport (BLRLH13443) and also the flight team was designed to consider the luggage and demonstrated for them that luggage weiging 14 kgs wasn't delivered. The flight team required significantly more than two hours to even react and defeat the criticism.

Despite nearly a few months and several remiders, no tangible activity hasbeen obtained from the flight to find and return the luggage. Or has got the flight paid for that reduction. I'd actually stuck a online and hadn't actually got any reputation, keep alone any respone. The client support looks quite horrible. What must I do to obtain back my luggage / get payment. Whom must I advance this in Lufthansa. What are the company to whom I ought to occupy the problem against Lufthansa.
