Liars, Ripoff, lazy poor customer service

I was a mile from this dealership and had a tie rod break on my car. I just had it aligned. So I call a tow truck to have it towed to the nearest dealership which was Ferman. Go to the service department and there were two young girls there who had no clue what they were doing. The one girl Brittney who's title was assistant service manager checked me in. Her customer service skills were terrible. I told her the problem and what I needed. I do most of the work on my cars but had to have it towed to the nearest dealership. So my wife calls the next day to get the status and this Brittney says exactly what I told her was the problem and the tech is getting a cost on parts. She said she would call us right back. Never did. I called a couple hours later, got the service voicemail saying they are busy and will call me right back. Never did. Called this morning and ask to speak to the service manager. Get her voicemail, her name is Alicia. She never called back. This has been 3 days now the car has been there. So I call back 4 hours later ask to speak to the service manager again. Get her voicemail again. Ask to speak to the GM get a voicemail. Was able to get to speak to the other service tech, Christina, who was way out of her element and told her my dilemma. She spoke to the tech and told me the parts are on "national Back Order" and had no idea when parts would be available. She said that they could order the entire rack for $647.00 and 4 hours labor at $100 per hour labor then the cost of alignment to fix. Then it would take another three days to fix plus the weekend. So I called another dealer close buy. Told them The part I needed and they had 6 of them in stock and they were $66.00 each. Ferman wanted to charge me 10 times more than the part I needed and lied saying that the part was not available. I told her I'm calling a tow truck to pick up the car. She said to let her know when the truck will be there. I called her back and said the truck will be there in an hour and she said the car isn't ready. Had to cancel the tow truck. Finally at 5 tonight they said the car is ready to be towed. They close at 6. The tow truck driver was great and was able to get the car. The driver told me they threw the keys at him and wouldn't tell him where the car was parked. Do yourselves a favor. Avoid Ferman Auto Group at all costs. They are liars out to take as much of your money as they can. Luckily they didn't get mine this time. Will never buy another car from them again.
