Freightliner Dont do work when promised

Floyds truck center has a very poor service dept in my experience with them. They may be friendly but poor service. Wife and I traveling thru Wy broke down and went to this dealer for service. We were told they would have us fixed the next afternoon weve been here 2 days as this is written. They keep no parts in stock all is just in time delivery that dont work for them, they kept telling us they are on order but at the time of the estimate they told me all parts were in stock and we would be out by the next afternoon.in sitting here it seems like the same thing for everyone the tell them whats wrong but weve got to order parts. They tear your truck down so you have no choice but stay here. If they had been honest from the day I came in I could of had the truck towed to a dealer 100 miles away if they didnt have the parts to fix it. This so called Freightliner dealer is a joke oh almost forgot they charge you for the freight on the parts that they suppose to had in stock. So the way i see it theres no stock of parts and you the customer pay for the freight of the ordered parts so they dont have to. If you get stuck here beware get them to show you the parts upfront They are a shady dealership
